Currently, many companies are wondering whether to return to the old days of working from the office 5 days a week. Long before even being able to consider it, Accedia has embraced agility and introduced a “forever hybrid” model and a system of flexible benefits. We are happy to share that the team has welcomed the decision and is making the most of the hybrid way of work and life.
People can choose to work from any location in Bulgaria while the office remains a viable option. And if they decide to stick to a home setup, Accedia offers all the equipment they might need.
The company also encourages the hybrid way of work with Accedia workation camps. The idea is for people from different teams to work together for a week at a picturesque location. In this way, they bond, increase productivity and learn to be more flexible. The team is now preparing for workation camps in April and May at a luxurious villa in Pirin Mountain.
Part of our commitment to stay agile and open to the dynamics of people’s needs was the decision to introduce a flexible benefits package. It includes activities and perks that accommodate each team member’s individual preferences. Accedia aims to preserve the work-life balance by letting everyone choose whatever they need, from conversations with psychologists, events tickets, to sports and well-being benefits, and many more.
People can also support charity causes instead of selecting other benefits. The team has embraced that opportunity and gladly helped many worthy initiatives. Some of them included providing scholarships to disadvantaged students, supporting elderly people, or, as of lately, Ukrainian refugees.
Accedia cares for the development of the team in every direction. Thus, we constantly aim to provide opportunities for growth and a healthy and balanced environment that nurtures it.
