Accedia wins Gold Stevie Award for Employer of the Year in Computer Software

Accedia has won a Gold Stevie Award for Employer of the Year in the Computer Software category at the 2026 Stevie Awards for Great Employers. This is the company’s first Gold in this category since 2018 and a return to the top after back-to-back Bronze wins in the last two editions. Winners in the Employer of the Year categories are chosen through a blend of professional judges’ scores and public voting. The recognition is significant as Accedia competed against leading global companies, with other winning organizations being predominantly US-based. 

The 11th edition of the competition drew more than 1,000 nominations from organizations in 38 nations and territories, evaluated by more than 160 professional judges worldwide. Winners were announced on July 16, and will be celebrated at a gala banquet in Paris on October, 28, 2026. 

This recognition points to how Accedia invests in its people and builds a run of employer focused validation. This includes a spot on the 2026 Top 30 Inspiring Workplaces in Europe list earlier this year, stepping on notable results like onboarding satisfaction scoring 4.86 out of 5. The Innovation Development Center, now in its tenth season, gives team members hands-on time building AI-engineered solutions alongside their regular projects. GROW@Accedia continued to bring and guide junior engineers through a structured path into the company, and every team member gets an individual growth plan. 

Judges highlighted Accedia's dual-manager model, in which each team member has both an engineering manager and a development one, as part of what makes the workplace innovative and sustainable. They also described the entry as a clear example of human-centric leadership, one that positions Accedia as a premier employer rather than just a technology partner.
