Accedia is honored to be chosen as the Silver Stevie Award winner in the “Company of the Year – Business or Professional Services – Medium-size” category of the International Business Awards 2022.
The company’s latest notable achievements and continuous improvement during the last two years have helped us achieve this. Some of the accomplishments include being ranked in Financial Times 1000 as one of Europe’s Fastest-Growing Companies for 2020 and 2021. Another is successfully restructuring towards a “forever hybrid mode”, meaning team members are allowed to work remotely from all around the country and Europe. Another highlight is the expansion of our partnerships with technology vendors like Microsoft (qualified for new competencies in DevOps, Security, and Productivity), and AWS (enhanced partnership by obtaining advanced services qualification for Cloud computing). And most of all, allowing new IT talent to evolve their skills in our new career kick-start program GROW@Accedia, where over 70 people have already completed the tracks and have started their careers with specializations in Quality Assurance, DevOps, and front-end software development.
