It uses a rigorous scoring methodology based on four areas: Customer References, Awards and Certifications, Programs for Innovation, and Corporate Social Responsibility. An Independent panel of IAOP customer members with experience in selecting IT service providers for their businesses evaluated different types of submitted evidentiary support. These included case studies and testimonials from Accedia’s top three customers, organizational certifications in different technology areas such as Microsoft Gold Security Competence, AWS Service Delivery Recognition, and innovation programs such as IDC. The awards also referenced to CSR outcomes addressing topics such as labor practices, human rights, community involvement, and development, etc.
