Company growth charts on laptop screens

Accedia is on the Financial Times and Statista list of Europe's Long-Term Growth Champions for the third year running. The 2027 edition ranks 300 European companies by revenue growth between 2015 and 2025. Accedia places 196th overall and 39th in the IT & Software category, with a compound annual growth rate of 22.7%.

For the second year in a row, Accedia is the only Bulgarian company listed in the IT & Software category. Staying on the list is not easy: a company must be independent, grow mainly organically, and faces strong competition, especially within the IT & Software in Central and Eastern Europe. This traditionally strong technology region makes up about 10% of entries, and Accedia is one of them.

The figures behind the ranking say as much about how Accedia grew as how fast. Between 2015 and 2025, revenue per team member roughly doubled, in other words, much of Accedia’s growth came from higher-value work.

As our CEO, Nikolay Mutafov, put it “A decade is a long period, and over this one we’ve been counting on our strengths - custom software development services, but also building new ones in areas like AI and cybersecurity, so we can be a more valuable technology partner to our customers. The fact that Financial Times and Statista recognize our long-term growth strategy is strong public evidence of the trust clients put in us.” The goal for the next decade stays the same: build custom software and long-term client partnerships that deliver measurable results.
