Accedia won a Silver award in the 2024 Employer of Choice Awards for our continuous investments in the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) domain.
The company was awarded in a highly competitive category – CSR activities, where the jury had to assess tens of international companies, operating as employers in Bulgaria. This recognition highlights Accedia Green Community – a comprehensive program, targeting achievement of sustainable operations and high employee involvement in implementing sustainability improvements.
Launched in 2023, the program’s scope includes the generation and effective implementation of ESG initiatives both within our company and the wider community. We began by launching a comprehensive campaign to raise awareness and establish support among team members. Through presentations, workshops, and more than 15 implemented campaigns so far we outlined the rationale behind our ESG strategy and emphasized the importance of collective action in addressing environmental and social challenges. The actions under the Accedia Green community, such as the planting of Accedia Forest, different green quizzes and team buildings, or the digitalization of all administrative processes, were extremely well accepted among team members.

Founded in 2012, the company has since gained recognition for its rapid expansion and service excellence by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, Deloitte, and the Financial Times. The company offers services in application development, data analytics, cloud computing, AI and ML, and cybersecurity.
