Helping the community in which we live, and work has already become our mindset. We find and create opportunities for our team to help social causes close to their hearts and minds. That is why we introduced an option with our flexible benefits system to choose donation, instead of some social perks. So far, we have helped many worthy causes in this way, including providing scholarships to disadvantaged students, supporting elderly people, Ukrainian refugees, and else.
Giving does not only include material or financial help, but it can also mean dedicating time, creative energy and efforts to support the society. That is how we got into collaboration with the Bulgarian Organization for Voluntary Blood Donation to create the app “Дари Кръв“. Two years after its launch, the app has saved over 400 lives by facilitating the connection between blood donors and people in need of a transfusion.
Being recognized as a Responsible and Charitable Company in these awards would motivate us even more to continue in this direction.
