Accedia participated in the initiative of Junior Achievement “Manager for a Day” where a student in Computer Sciences visited our office to dive into our daily operations. We had Desislava manage the company for a day and experience the working atmosphere guided by our management body and senior software consultants. She got a glimpse at our status meetings, HR and delivery processes, as well as C-level decision-making. We got the great opportunity not only to provide some real world insights to Desislava, but also exchange valuable ideas on what innovative practices we can implement to make the team even more efficient and motivated.
