From 11 to 14 June, Accedia joined the BBBA IT Roadshow in the UK – the first event of its kind, showcasing Bulgaria as an excellent sourcing destination. Taking place during the largest business events in the country, London Tech Week and the International Business Festival in Liverpool, the roadshow introduced 17 leading IT companies from the country, including Accedia, to the British community.
During the five-day event, our team had the chance to meet members of various Chambers of Commerce, attend series of technology sessions and network with hundreds of like-minded peers. We also visited the Embassy of Bulgaria in London and had one-on-one meetings with world-famous UK businesses.

Other interesting events during the roadshow included CreaTech and Tech8xlr with keynotes on Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, Big Data – technology areas that have been part of our portfolio for the past couple of years.
Overall, this first edition of the IT Roadshow has created a bunch of new opportunities for all parties and we are looking forward to seeing it grow over time!
