The German Outsourcing Association hosted its annual ITO & BPO Forum in Berlin, where Accedia took part for a second consecutive year. The event aims at being a trendsetter and а networking stage for leading providers of outsourcing services, buyers from various sectors as well as representatives of the relevant authorities to provide an overview of the market specifics and expected developments. One of the main points made these two days was the importance of tailoring the approach when doing business with German companies, which on the other side are looking for long-term partnerships to cope with skills scarcity. Bulgaria among other destinations stood out as a preferred nearshore partner for оur talent pool, high-quality services and global reach.
This year the forum was complemented by a half day work-shop, held by Germany Trade & Invest – the agency engaging in promoting investments as well as strengthening the interrelationships between local businesses and foreign partners. The sessions presented insights on the essentials of a successful market entry and the opportunities for obtaining financial and business support.
Accedia used the opportunity to position itself as one of the new members of the Association, as part of our strategic development аcross the German-speaking markets.
