The award competition concluded this July 13th with a live ceremony celebrating both local and international employers from different industries in specific categories.
Accedia was recognized as the winner in the Internship program category, for its Career Kick-start program. GROW@Accedia is designed for students without experience or non-IT professionals with an affinity for programming who are looking to change career paths. The program provides them with real-life skills in several distinct technology tracks, led by mentors from the engineering leadership team of the company. In just a couple of months, the tailored agenda and support of the mentors ensure that participants gain knowledge, reinvent their careers, and obtain experience, all while getting paid.
With a few successful editions already behind our back, the program gave a career start to tens of graduates, already working at Accedia! We are proud to be named alongside the best employers in the country for our dedication to growing talents.
