Once again Accedia played a front role in the annual Finance Tech Forum, concentrating on the “The New Face of Finances- Digitalization in Focus” topic. The event is organized by ICT Media and ISACA – Sofia Chapter for an 18th year in a row and provides a platform for the banking & finance sector and providers of IT solutions to match growing requirements for customer service with technology innovation.
One distinguishing result of that is the digitalization wave which has been transforming the way financial institutions operate for the past few years. Presentations and discussions at the forum centered around personalized user experience, full-stack service availability whenever and wherever clients request it, the need for relevance and flexibility of the offerings, even the role of social networks for enhancing loyalty.
