AI Readiness Assessment

Accedia won the big prize in the annual Top ICT Employer ranking, initiated for a fourth year in a row by ICT Media and JobTiger. We were also acknowledged as the leader in the “Software Development Companies” category. The study encompasses international and Bulgarian companies from the information and telecommunications technology sector, which operate on the local market. It focuses on employee engagement and overall satisfaction, measured by detailed questionnaires. The ranking provides a benchmark for the participants with respect to other industry players but more importantly, how content their employees are, which at the end of the day drives companies forward. We are happy to be recognized for a second year in a row, after we became the first winner among the “Small companies” in 2014. It feels great to see how our company reaches the top only after three years of growing our business and the team.
