What are we looking for?

We are expanding our Marketing team and we are looking for bright people who enjoy dynamics and are eager to learn and develop their professional skills. You will have the opportunity to combine work in the office and work from home. You need to be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.


As a Junior Social Media Specialist, you will:

  • Execute social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, to increase brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive traffic to company website.
  • Create and curate compelling and high-quality content, such as posts, images, and videos, for social media channels that align with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage social media accounts by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular analysis of social media performance, using analytics tools, to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms, and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, employer branding and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.
  • Assist in the creation of additional content, including news articles, videos, presales materials and others.
  • Attend key events with the goal of producing live content and ensure appropriate event coverage.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provides timely progress updates

Requirements

  • Good understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts and successfully growing online presence.
  • Knowledge in using social media management tools, such as scheduling platforms, and interpreting results and drawing insights from social media data.
  • Ability to create engaging and persuasive content and adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in social media marketing.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with image and video editing software.
  • Actively maintaining and developing your personal social media profiles.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Outgoing person, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
