Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.
  • Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodology and a understanding of the phases of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Managing product backlogs according to the Scrum framework.
  • Ensure that requirements meet the current business needs.
  • Working closely with clients, project managers and developers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as Business Analysis professional.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients, managers and developers.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple different business units within an organization, document the requirements of each unit, and produce a plan for successful project delivery.
  • Understanding of project and software development lifecycles.
  • Solid grasp of how technology works and hands-on technical skills
  • A familiarity with popular software issue tracking systems, such as Atlassian JIRA.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
