Technical Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manages and oversees the scope, schedule, budget and quality for the full spectrum of the projects they are responsible for;
  • Assumes development leadership role and assisting team members from technical perspective when necessary;
  • Operates on all contractual items with the client – statements of work, timesheets, invoices;
  • Is responsible for the overall collaboration with the client as well as within the team;
  • Participates in pre-sales activities;
  • Mentors team members and works with them to set goals, develop their skills and grow in their career. 


  • At least 4 years of related professional experience;
  • Possession of certificates like PMP, Prince2 or PSM will be considered as advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in a variety of technical domains (e.g. .NET, Java, Mobile). Previous software development experience is a must;
  • Ongoing interest in new technologies;
  • Experience in multiple projects with various technologies and team setups;
  • Extensive knowledge in project management (e.g. managing scope, schedule, communication, quality, team, etc.);
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing environments like new projects and clients;
  • Excellent communication and client facing skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and balance between various tasks and projects;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills.
