Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for an experienced  Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys dynamics and variety at work.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Takes part in the whole recruitment process
  • Works collaboratively with hiring managers, in order to establish effective recruitment strategies
  • Communicates with prospective candidates throughout all stages of the process
  • Develops various recruitment channels
  • Uses innovative techniques to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Maintains good relationships with external partners
  • Prepares talent acquisition reports
  • Represents the company at networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.
  • Works with an ATS
  • Constantly looks for ways to do better and innovate

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of diverse recruitment strategies
  • Experience using social media tools for sourcing and employer branding efforts
  • Previous experience in IT recruiting is a big plus
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
